Overall, we really liked the hotel, especially as it is a resort offering a wide range of facilities and dining options. We had a great time at the funhouse and swimming pool, and thoroughly enjoyed the entertaining shows in the Cairngorm Suite, as well as the fireworks. There was plenty to keep us entertained throughout our stay.

We love this dog friendly hotel, excellent facilities swimming pool and gym, dining is perfect with great food and a fantastic range of choices at both breakfast and dinner, the location of this hotel is fantastic with plenty of on site parking, and loads to do in the area. the lounge and bar area are also lovely warm and welcoming, what does make this hotel stand out from others in the area is the staff from the cleaner to the reception, the bar and restaurant staff all excellent and so helpful and friendly this is the 4th year in a row we have been coming and will be coming again next year very happy customers

The buffet dinner was excellent value and really yummy. We ate there both nights. Loved the pool and comfy seating in the foyer and bar area. Fantastic location to access the Ski fields

Excellent location. You can cycle from the hotel straight into the Caledonian forest and yet it’s only a few minutes from Aviemore. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the ‘family vibe’ was lovely for people with children. Ours are grown up now but the children we saw were having a lovely time using the various facilities. They were also welcome at the bar in the evening which meant the whole family could relax together at the end of a busy day.

Good for all, particularly families. My son was able to meet friends in the lounge area, play at the arcades and later at the cosy pool. We enjoyed the facilities nearby, too. Nice walk into Rothiemurchus and Aviemore and short bus ride to Glenmore and ski centre. Staff were nice.

The moment I saw the entrance I knew it was a good hotel. Liked the layout of the reception and lobby area, liked how it had an inside heated pool area with a sauna, very clean hotel.

Food - could do better with the available options and bring a more personalised menu dedicated to the resort but here it’s a mix of snacks, bites, more of a all you can eat feeling which is kinda killing the vibe of this 4 star property. Staff - great, they are the real asset to this property. Special mention to the swimming desk team - both have been real professional and caring individual. Reception team also were really kind and helpful. I don’t think we found any fault with them or their approach. However from a H&S point of view, I would request the hotel to ensure Atleast one lifeguard is always present. Nonetheless, the leisure team is doing a fantastic job - Andrei and dalia Location - great, and the known landmark park is only 18mins drive away. Accommodation - our room was very good, clean and no issues. If I am to be picky, the resort could have again use the colyumbridge brand better by having personalised items in the room, dust bin in the bathroom to be more trended than a cheap one. In our room, the backside of the bathroom door’s bottom had some wood chipped off and one of the shelves next to the tv had a wee crack but overall it didn’t bother us as the bed and general facilities provided to us were very good. We slept well.
